Hi, I’m Henne.

No, it’s not my real name. The story goes back to kindergarten when someone noticed that my given name sounded a lot like “hen” – as in the chicken – and found it hilarious. The nickname stuck, and over time, it became what most people know me by. So now you know why there’s a hen flying up there in the corner!

I'm a coffee addict, young at heart creative mind based in Stuttgart, Germany.

My passion lies in creation and strategy, fueled by the belief that in today’s AI-driven world, we must continually redefine the boundaries of communication while preserving its essential human connection. With over 25 years of experience in brand development, communication, and interaction design, I am committed to aligning purpose with data, design, and aesthetics to create experiences that resonate deeply and leave a lasting impact.

Since 1996, I have dedicated myself to helping clients and their products stand out, blending analog and digital design to achieve this goal. My focus has always been on forging a connection between my clients’ offerings and the hearts of their users. I believe in the power of ideas and the art of emotional storytelling to deliver exceptional user experiences. At the same time, I find joy in exploring the elegance of minimal details and the intricate beauty of typography.

A good friend introduced me to yoga. I was skeptical at the beginning, but today I do it every day. It keeps my mind free, my butt in shape and when I'm in the flow the ideas starts flowing.

From 1996 to 2000 I was the managing director of the large discotheque 'Kult-Hallen' (in Marburg/Giessen) and I'm a big fanboy of 'Blümchen' since her performance on stage there.

I’ve worked for 8 years as a DJ for alternative and electronic dance music in Marburg, Giessen, Frankfurt, Köln and Bonn. And in a rush of 'I-want-something-new-now‘, I sold my turntables when moving to cologne.
